The customer provides all information concerning his request for service. He is solely responsible for this information, the following of which are considered essential to the contract: customer name, email address, telephone number, date of the transport service, pick-up location, drop-off location, pick-up time, number of passengers (adult\/child), number of baggage(s), flight number for tracking, nature of the service (transfer, provision). www.priveovtc.com sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer.<\/span><\/p><p>Payment of the price is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. By providing their bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that www.priveovtc.com will proceed with the secure transaction and authorize their bank in advance to debit their account for the amount of the service. After confirmation by the Customer of their request for service and payment of the price, www.priveovtc.com will send them, in return, by email exclusively, a reservation form summarizing the information related to the service. The customer is responsible for verifying the information contained in the reservation form. The prices indicated in our rates include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transport services (10 % for transfers, 20 % for provision), driver service, fuel and unlimited insurance for the transported persons, tolls are included in the transport. Parking fees are not included in the service. The client and the service provider undertake to respect all the clauses cited in this contract. No modification may be made to the above conditions except by prior agreement between the parties. This contract would be suspended or cancelled automatically and without compensation of any kind in all cases recognized as force majeure (event external to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/priveovtc.com\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.priveovtc.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ) such as disruption of traffic routes, bad weather, demonstrations, accidents, breakdowns or malfunctions of telecommunications networks, shortages of labor or materials.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contract is only deemed concluded once payment for the order has been received. Otherwise, it is automatically void.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All reservations for a car with driver are mandatory and must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the website or at the last minute by telephone depending on availability.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special feature for pick-up at train stations and airports:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As soon as you arrive, turn on your cell phone.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note in &quot;additional information&quot; when booking the <\/span><b>flight number <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or of <\/span><b>train<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For flights, if you don&#039;t have checked baggage, the 15-minute wait included in the fare is generally sufficient. However, if you need to collect checked baggage and\/or are coming from a non-European destination, the time taken to exit the plane, collect your baggage, and possibly face police checks can take a significant amount of time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To avoid having to pay for a wait, we recommend adding a 30-minute delay.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-117c1f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"117c1f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5 \u2013 2 \u2013 CANCELLATION \/ MODIFICATION<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a79e175 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a79e175\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A reservation can be cancelled by the customer, before the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher, by email only to <a href=\"mailto:contact@priveovtc.com\">contact@priveovtc.com <\/a>:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refund of 100 % if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the pick-up time.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refund of 50 % if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refund at 0 % if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the pick-up time.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any changes to the contract during the performance of the service may result in a readjustment of the agreed price. PRIVEO VTC reserves the right to refuse these changes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a759d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a759d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5 \u2013 3 \u2013 PRICE INCREASE \/ DELAY<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a64506 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a64506\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any delay by the passenger(s) compared to the pick-up time indicated on the booking form will result in an increase in the price of the service, in the event that the customer notifies the driver by telephone on 07 66 84 25 74, according to the following terms:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More than 15 minutes late: <\/span><b>10 euros<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More than 30 minutes late: <\/span><b>25 euros<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For every additional half hour of delay: <\/span><b>25 euros<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment of these surcharges occurs at the latest when the passenger(s) board the vehicle.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any request for support between <\/span><b>10:00 p.m.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> And <\/span><b>6:00 a.m.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be increased by <\/span><b>15 euros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of the client&#039;s absence at the meeting place, beyond the <\/span><b>First 15 minutes free<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, without any manifestation on his part, nor response to the driver&#039;s telephone call, the service will be definitively lost, without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any reimbursement.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3be6916 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"3be6916\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ae272e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4ae272e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6 \u2013 QUALITY OF SERVICE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5aff045 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5aff045\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The transport of people for payment is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles may provide this service and:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provided with a professional card number issued by the prefecture.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provided with a registration certificate issued by the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, Office of the Organization of Road Passenger Transport \/ VTC pole<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equipped with a registration sticker affixed to the vehicle&#039;s windshield.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><a href=\"https:\/\/priveovtc.com\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.priveovtc.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> undertakes to carry out or have carried out the transport services in accordance with the booking form and in compliance with all regulations and legislation in force.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of subcontracting, the company <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/priveovtc.com\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.priveovtc.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 ensures that the people and companies it uses meet the same conditions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5efdc6 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"b5efdc6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec368b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ec368b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7 \u2013 RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-151c3c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"151c3c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.priveovtc.com is guaranteed by a reputable insurance company that covers the risks associated with its activity in accordance with current regulations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of a dispute, the company&#039;s liability <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/priveovtc.com\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.priveovtc.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> may only be retained on the condition that the Client provides proof of wrongful behavior on the part of the latter and of a causal link with the alleged damage.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unlimited Multi-Risk Insurance for the company <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/priveovtc.com\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.priveovtc.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 covers business-related liabilities.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer is legally and criminally responsible for his actions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b22c447 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b22c447\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7 \u2013 1 \u2013 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND PERSONS TRANSPORTED<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a7dec9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a7dec9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with www.priveovtc.com to behave like a good father from the moment of pick-up, in particular, by respecting the driver and the transport equipment as well as the following provisions:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Compliance with the rules of the Highway Code (wearing a seat belt, car seat, booster seat, etc.).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No smoking, eating, or transporting hazardous materials.
