The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the conditions applicable to transport service contracts concluded between www.diamvtc.fr and its customers. By using the services of www.priveovtc.com , the Customer is presumed to have read these General Conditions of Sale and to have fully accepted them.
LThe Customer can request a service 24/7 on the website www.priveovtc.com or by telephone at 07 66 84 25 74. The customer provides all information concerning his request for service. He is solely responsible for this information, the following of which are considered essential to the contract: customer name, email address, telephone number, date of the transport service, pick-up location, drop-off location, pick-up time, number of passengers (adult/child), number of baggage(s), flight number for tracking, nature of the service (transfer, provision). www.priveovtc.com sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer.
Payment of the price is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. By providing their bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that www.priveovtc.com will proceed with the secure transaction and authorize their bank in advance to debit their account for the amount of the service. After confirmation by the Customer of their request for service and payment of the price, www.priveovtc.com will send them, in return, by email exclusively, a reservation form summarizing the information related to the service. The customer is responsible for verifying the information contained in the reservation form. If www.priveovtc.com is unable to send said reservation form by email, the reservation is presumed to be in accordance with the customer's request.
www.priveovtc.com sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Client, flat-rate rates have priority over transfers. The prices indicated in our rates include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transport services (10 % for transfers, 20 % for provision), driver service, fuel and unlimited insurance for the transported persons, tolls are included in the transport. Parking fees are not included in the service. In the case of provision, the driver's catering and hotel costs are not included.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Paypal, bank cards (Visa, MasterCard). All transport services by transfer Or provision is payable upon order.
Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The client and the service provider undertake to respect all the clauses cited in this contract. No modification may be made to the above conditions except by prior agreement between the parties. This contract would be suspended or cancelled automatically and without compensation of any kind in all cases recognized as force majeure (event external to www.priveovtc.com ) such as disruption of traffic routes, bad weather, demonstrations, accidents, breakdowns or malfunctions of telecommunications networks, shortages of labor or materials.
The contract is only deemed concluded once payment for the order has been received. Otherwise, it is automatically void.
All reservations for a car with driver are mandatory and must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the website or at the last minute by telephone depending on availability.

Please note in "additional information" when booking the flight number or of train.
For flights, if you don't have checked baggage, the 15-minute wait included in the fare is generally sufficient. However, if you need to collect checked baggage and/or are coming from a non-European destination, the time taken to exit the plane, collect your baggage, and possibly face police checks can take a significant amount of time.
To avoid having to pay for a wait, we recommend adding a 30-minute delay.
A reservation can be cancelled by the customer, before the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher, by email only to contact@priveovtc.com :
Any changes to the contract during the performance of the service may result in a readjustment of the agreed price. PRIVEO VTC reserves the right to refuse these changes.
Any delay by the passenger(s) compared to the pick-up time indicated on the booking form will result in an increase in the price of the service, in the event that the customer notifies the driver by telephone on 07 66 84 25 74, according to the following terms:
Payment of these surcharges occurs at the latest when the passenger(s) board the vehicle.
Any request for support between 10:00 p.m. And 6:00 a.m. will be increased by 15 euros.
In the event of the client's absence at the meeting place, beyond the First 15 minutes free, without any manifestation on his part, nor response to the driver's telephone call, the service will be definitively lost, without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any reimbursement.
The transport of people for payment is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles may provide this service and:
www.priveovtc.com undertakes to carry out or have carried out the transport services in accordance with the booking form and in compliance with all regulations and legislation in force.
In the event of subcontracting, the company www.priveovtc.com ensures that the people and companies it uses meet the same conditions.
www.priveovtc.com is guaranteed by a reputable insurance company that covers the risks associated with its activity in accordance with current regulations.
In the event of a dispute, the company's liability www.priveovtc.com may only be retained on the condition that the Client provides proof of wrongful behavior on the part of the latter and of a causal link with the alleged damage.
Unlimited Multi-Risk Insurance for the company www.priveovtc.com covers business-related liabilities.
The customer is legally and criminally responsible for his actions.
The customer undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with www.priveovtc.com to behave like a good father from the moment of pick-up, in particular, by respecting the driver and the transport equipment as well as the following provisions:
The company www.priveovtc.com cannot be held responsible in the event of damage and/or loss of luggage or electronic devices (telephone, tablet, etc.).
– Actual invoicing + Capital costs + Loss of revenue on an average of Last 3 months. In the event of damage resulting in cancellation of the following service, a fixed fee of €150.00 incl. VAT will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card.
Failure to comply with these provisions engages the exclusive responsibility of the customer and passengers both with regard to www.priveovtc.com than third parties. The company www.priveovtc.com declines all responsibility for the actions of its customer before and after transport. www.priveovtc.com reserves the right to refuse to pick up, or to disembark, any passenger who does not respect these obligations, as well as any passenger who is drunk.
Any claim is only admissible within the 05 days of the execution of the transport service concerned. Any dispute shall be brought before the Courts at the location of the Head Office of the company PRIVEO VTC
The transfer service begins at the company's registered office address www.priveovtc.com and ends upon the customer's arrival at the designated address.
